Shipping Methods:We offer free insured shipping on all orders. Your jewelry will be shipped via a trusted carrier like FedEx or UPS, requiring a signature upon delivery.

Shipping Time:Once your order has been processed, please allow 2-4 business days for your package to arrive. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped.

International Shipping:Currently, we only ship within Malaysia. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Lost or Damaged Packages:If your package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us immediately at sales@jindiangold.com. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
